By placing an order, the Buyer represents that he/she is of legal age and that the products will be used only in a lawful manner. When applicable, equipment sold may be subject to Public Law 90-351, Title 111 18 U.S.C., Section 2511. You agree that the use of GPS products are for personal location based data retrieval only. It is illegal to track someone without approval or use any tracking product in any vehicle that is not legally owned by the tracking system operator.

If you are purchasing Products for export, you are responsible for the necessary export documentation before shipment is made to a foreign country. We will ship to foreign locations. Warranties for exported Products may vary or be null and void.

You may have your product shipped to your home via one of our available shipping delivery options. We ship orders on normal business days, which are Monday through Friday excluding government holidays. Weekend shipment of orders is not currently available. Orders will ship within 2 business days from when the order was completed.
You assume all risk of loss for shipped Products. Order information such as billing or shipping address that is inaccurate or incomplete may result in delays. Products can not be shipped to incomplete addresses.
We are unable to refund any online purchase from the time your order is placed (when you click the Submit Order button) until your Product is received by you and returned to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase after receiving your Product, please review our return policy to determine your preferred method of return.

All products are special ordered by the person ordering and are NOT subject to cancellations. Due to the nature of our product line, returns will only be accepted for products damaged upon shipment to the customer. All returns must be authorized by nannycamz.com before product(s) is returned. nannycamz.com will replace, refund, or credit your account for returned product(s) at nannycamz.com 's discretion. *Special exceptions may be made on a case by case basis determined by nannycamz.com .
In this event, returns are subject to deductions for shipping costs and a 25% restocking charge and must be returned within a seven (7) day period from date of receipt of product(s). NO refunds will be given for products returned without explicit permission from nannycamz.com . Any return must be authorized by a representative of nannycamz.com and under no circumstances will returns be accepted otherwise. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from nannycamz.com .
No returns will be authorized after seven (7) business days of receipt of product(s) by the customer.
SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Missing accessories: The value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. For even exchanges, we will exchange what the customer returns (e.g., box for box, manual for manual, etc.)
Product ordered, we will exchange the item at no additional cost upon verification. Proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation, packing slip or record of purchase in our system) is required for all returns. Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RA may be refused without notice, automatically returned and a handling fee assessed. An RA is valid for 5 days.
You will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will be credited to your credit card or a mail refund check will be issued for a purchase made with a gift card as the sole payment method.
Allow 14 days (not including delivery time for mail refunds) from when we accept your returned Product for the processing of your credit. Additional charges may be assessed for Products returned with any missing items such as manuals and/or accessories. For Product that we verify to be defective, we will reimburse you for your original shipping expense on the Product that you return or exchange.
RETURN/ EXCHANGE POLICY
Defective products: On most products, we will accept returns of defective product for replacement for up to 90 days after the date of the invoice. If a product has a longer warranty period, it will be indicated in the product description on our web site. All returns require a return authorization number (contact us for an RA #).
For your protection we recommend that they be shipped with tracking information and insurance*. If it is sent by postal service, use delivery confirmation and insure the package. If going by UPS you can use regular ground service. Insurance is not needed unless the shipment exceeds $100 in value. The cost to ship the replacement product(s) back to you will be paid by nannycamz.com. Please test the product(s) before returning it to us.
Many items shipped back to us as defective work fine; some after doing something as simple as putting in new batteries. If an item is returned to us and found to be working the customer will have to pay return shipping charges. Also the item must not show signs of abuse or misuse and all parts and accessories must be included.
Exchanges: We will accept product back for exchange within 30 days after the date of the invoice with a 15% exchange fee. Please note that this does not apply to all of our products. Certain items can not be exchanged. Each product returned for exchange must be in its original condition and ready to go back on the shelf or a higher fee may be applied. This includes the item and its packaging. For example, make sure that there are no price stickers (or residue from where they have been removed), or tags on the unit or the packaging.
